My family purchased our vehicles here through the years. It was a good start since I bought a car again recently. I was planning to purchase the car and pay it off but the agent kept on insisting the monthly payment. I went to monthly payment and trying to put half of the car’s amount as a down payment but unfortunately they can only transact 3k max under debit/credit card which frustrates me because the previous car that we bought, we made a higher dp by only using card. We accepted the terms and the manager explained to me that if I put the desired dp on the principal amount, my monthly payment will be reduced to the original quote that we agreed on and the fact that he said that he’s been with that financing institution for years and that’s their nee thing. I really like and need the car so I bought it. And now, the financing company is talking to me because they don’t really do that kind of thing that my monthly payment will lower and they don’t refinance. That frustrates me more because it wasn’t the same thing that the manager told me. Payment is not an issue for me but the things that they did to me really frustrates me. I know it’s marketing and it’s business but don’t promise people things that aren’t true! I hope I won’t change my mind getting another vehicle in this dealership. Been loyal to them for years. Hopefully they don’t do it to the people who are first time buying their cars.

Great experience with buying our new Honda Prologue! Joe, worked with us on our trade in and the new car. Edna also was so helpful with showing us all the features in the car. This was the easiest, by far, experience with buying a vehicle. If you are in the market to buy, give them your business.

First off, let me give a shoutout to Leesa Mireles—what a gem! I always turn into a bundle of nerves when making big purchases (who doesn’t?), but she worked her magic and made me feel as calm as a zen master at a yoga retreat. Seriously, she explained everything and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. It was like having a supportive friend by my side, but without the awkward small talk! And then there’s the star of the show, the GM. I’ve encountered my fair share of general managers in my life, but he’s like the unicorn of GMs—rare and truly special! From day one, he and Leesa collaborated with me to score the best deal possible on what was basically my biggest financial move since I bought my first pizza in college. He even took the time to teach me the basics of driving a manual car, so I wouldn’t feel like a deer in headlights on the road. If that isn’t a sign that this team genuinely cares about their customers, I don’t know what is! Honestly, if I could send them each a daily gratitude pizza (with extra toppings, of course), I would do it in a heartbeat! But, you know, I don't want to come off as that weirdo who sends unsolicited food gifts. So, if you’re on the lookout for a hardworking and genuinely caring sales team, look no further than Muller Honda! I’m already plotting my next visit for future purchases, service work, and whatever else I might need—because let me tell you, the 45-minute drive is totally worth it. Joe especially was patient and very knowledgeable. He put me into the best vehicle for my current situation and was very honest and guided me to make the best deal for me! I might also say that I have been buying cars from the Gurnee location for nearly 25 years, they are simply the best.
