Good experience. Good follow through from Pieter. Fair price. Bought the exact model we wanted from inventory that was still in transit at the time. Needed a quick turn around for the day we were buying and had a short window to complete the purchase, made an appointment but they were 20+ minutes late, fortunately we made some time up later and I was able to get to my appointment with just 5 minutes to spare. Would recommend overall.

Leesa helped us purchase a certified used Ridgeline. It was a very pleasant experience she was straightforward, friendly and knowledgeable. The staff was very honest and direct regarding my trade-in. This was a big contrast to my attempt to purchase a vehicle today's earlier in the Milwaukee area. It was definitely worth a 50-minute drive to get there I am 70 years old and have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years. Leesa made it a very good experience. In the future, I will make my way south of the state line to purchase from this dealership again

I inquired on a new 2025 Honda Odyssey EX-L through Muller's website and almost immediately Michelle Brown, Sales Consultant, emailed me and followed up with a phone call. I appreciated her promptness as I was serious about purchasing a vehicle within the week. I was impressed that Michelle knew her product, could intelligently answer my technical questions, promptly returned phone calls/emails and simply didn't waste my time! She offered me a very competitive price and a fair trade in value for my vehicle. We quickly put a deal together and I was able to pick up the new van a few days later. Michelle worked very hard to make sure that the whole process went as quick and smooth as possible.
I also want to recognize Edna Velasco, Delivery Specialist. She assisted me in setting up the electronics and showing me where things were in my new Honda Odyssey. I would have spent way too much time looking things up in the manual without this value-added service. I am not supercomputer techy and if I had to sync up my phone to the vehicle's computer on my own, I would not have been thrilled. Plus, I really don't want to drive off the dealer's lot when it is dark and raining, not knowing how to activate the lights, windshield wipers, ventilation system, etc. I didn't get this value-added service when I purchased my new Toyota Sienna from a different dealer a few years ago, but it makes all the difference to the customer.
The bottom line is that the employees make Muller who they are. As the customer, I had A LOT of other Honda dealers I could have done business within a small radius to Muller. But the service that Michelle and Edna provided right out of the gate sealed the deal for me. High five to them!

Another excellent experience at Muller Honda in Gurnee with Edna. We have a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid (which we love) and Edna has repeatedly helped us with some of the technical details that we’ve needed to be set up and updated. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and we are very impressed with her. We also are pleased with the service department, Sean was very helpful, and everyone we have dealt with there has been great.

Ozzie was great to work with he had a very relaxed attitude and was not trying to sell my daughter Aimee anything she didn’t want. He went out of his way to answer all her questions and to find her a 2025 Honda CRV in the color she wanted. He knew all his Hondas very well and you could tell he had a lot of experience.
Next we met with Bernie the finance manager. He was very easy to talk with and even offered us some recommendations on an entertainment venue that we didn’t know about and will definitely try. He explained a the paperwork that my daughter was signing and made this experience very pleasant and easy going. Lastly we met with Edna who walked my daughter through all the options on this new car. She was very funny, informative and also a pleasure to deal with.
I have been to other Honda dealerships where I have purchased cars before and this deal ship didn’t play games or try to push us into options or add on we didn’t want.
I will be in the market for a new Honda in about two years and I will definitely come back to Muller Honda of Gurnee and ask to deal with Ozzie again. I could not give a higher recommendation that if your are looking for a new or used Honda to go to this dealership and you will see the fantastic difference from other Honda Dealerships! Man where do I start, very grateful for the crew that helped us with our big purchase today. Blessed and in love with our new 2025 Honda Pilot. Amazing experience couldn't have asked for a better group of people to make this deal with. From our sales consultant Osvaldo Fajardo who was so down to earth, very easy guy to talk to, very understanding & chill, very professional but also very friendly someone who definitely makes you feel at ease. The Finance Manager Josh Pepitone was also very helpful took his time speaking to me and my wife, went over everything more than once and even broke it down bit by bit also very funny hospitality is through the roof with him. My family purchased our vehicles here through the years. It was a good start since I bought a car again recently. I was planning to purchase the car and pay it off but the agent kept on insisting the monthly payment. I went to monthly payment and trying to put half of the car’s amount as a down payment but unfortunately they can only transact 3k max under debit/credit card which frustrates me because the previous car that we bought, we made a higher dp by only using card.
We accepted the terms and the manager explained to me that if I put the desired dp on the principal amount, my monthly payment will be reduced to the original quote that we agreed on and the fact that he said that he’s been with that financing institution for years and that’s their nee thing. I really like and need the car so I bought it. And now, the financing company is talking to me because they don’t really do that kind of thing that my monthly payment will lower and they don’t refinance. That frustrates me more because it wasn’t the same thing that the manager told me. Payment is not an issue for me but the things that they did to me really frustrates me. I know it’s marketing and it’s business but don’t promise people things that aren’t true!
I hope I won’t change my mind getting another vehicle in this dealership. Been loyal to them for years. Hopefully they don’t do it to the people who are first time buying their cars.

Man where do I start, very grateful for the crew that helped us with our big purchase today. Blessed and in love with our new 2025 Honda Pilot. Amazing experience couldn't have asked for a better group of people to make this deal with. From our sales consultant Osvaldo Fajardo who was so down to earth, very easy guy to talk to, very understanding & chill, very professional but also very friendly someone who definitely makes you feel at ease. The Finance Manager Josh Pepitone was also very helpful took his time speaking to me and my wife, went over everything more than once and even broke it down bit by bit also very funny hospitality is through the roof with him. Lastly the Delivery Specialist Edna Velasco broke everything down for us showed us things we didn't even know came with the vehicle such an intelligent person very relatable and over all just very knowledgeable. Over all Osvaldo, Josh & Edna are definitely the big three you want to make apart of your experience!

Alex was my car salesman and he was awesome! I really put off getting a new car for along time because I was so worried about stepping foot in a dealership due To the reputation of Car Salesman. He was great he wasn’t pushing at all! He let me test drive the car without tagging along, I been to a few car places and the salesman tagged along. When I told him I was going to go shopping around he didn’t push me which in the end gained my business. Today I went back to see Edna to go over all the features in my car! She was a pleasure to work with and was so knowledgeable about my car. She let me ask any questions I needed to ask and explained everything in detail. Leesa is the best, quick response, good communication. Juan was very patient with me, I really took time to check out the car. My family purchased our vehicles here through the years. It was a good start since I bought a car again recently. I was planning to purchase the car and pay it off but the agent kept on insisting the monthly payment. I went to monthly payment and trying to put half of the car’s amount as a down payment but unfortunately they can only transact 3k max under debit/credit card which frustrates me because the previous car that we bought, we made a higher dp by only using card.
We accepted the terms and the manager explained to me that if I put the desired dp on the principal amount, my monthly payment will be reduced to the original quote that we agreed on and the fact that he said that he’s been with that financing institution for years and that’s their nee thing. I really like and need the car so I bought it. And now, the financing company is talking to me because they don’t really do that kind of thing that my monthly payment will lower and they don’t refinance. That frustrates me more because it wasn’t the same thing that the manager told me. Payment is not an issue for me but the things that they did to me really frustrates me. I know it’s marketing and it’s business but don’t promise people things that aren’t true!
I hope I won’t change my mind getting another vehicle in this dealership. Been loyal to them for years. Hopefully they don’t do it to the people who are first time buying their cars.
